How do I send in my company’s matching gift form?

Once you have verified that your company will match a gift to High Plains Food Bank, please send the company provided form to:

You can also send your matching gift information by email to tina@hpfb.org. Once we receive your gift, we will complete the appropriate matching gift paperwork and send it to your company for processing.
